Matches and Shoots are managed by the Club's Match and Shoots Committee. This committee is responsible for planning and conducting the shooting events for the club. Due to the frequent changes to the operating hours of the Carson range, scheduling matches for the 2019 season has been a challenge; however, the master schedule posted here is our current plan.
Standard match fees are $10 for the first event and $5 for the second event. Match ammunition provided by the club is required for all club guns. Matches are open to the public; you do not have to be a member to participate but you will have to sign the city required liability release and follow instructions from the club RSO and match operators. You must sign up with the match director prior to the match. Start times are shown on the calendar, please arrive early to ensure your equipment and targets are ready before the event begins.
Descriptions for the various matches and shoots are provided below. Club matches generally follow modified NRA rules. NRA approved matches adhere to NRA rules.
